04/04Straight answers
Questions builders ask when they shortlist a CRM.
What is the best real estate CRM in India?
The one that fits how your projects sell.
There is no single best one. Sell.Do suits builders who run big launches and want apps for brokers and buyers; LeadSquared suits calling-heavy sales floors; Leadrat suits teams that want a public rate card and sell to Gulf buyers; Buildesk suits developers who want a CRM and an ERP from one vendor; and AuraStack suits builders who want one company price, partner logins with buyer details masked and a 30-day trial on their own project.
Which real estate CRMs publish their prices?
LeadSquared and Leadrat do; Sell.Do and Buildesk do not.
On 15 October 2026, LeadSquared listed Sales Pro at ₹2,500 per user per month and Leadrat listed ₹2,299 down to ₹1,499 per user per month, both billed annually. Sell.Do and Buildesk publish no rate card; third-party listings on Techjockey show Sell.Do from ₹1,799 a user a month and Buildesk at ₹12,000 a user a year, both plus GST. AuraStack is priced per company and quoted on a short call.
How much does a real estate CRM cost per user in India?
Roughly ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 a user a month.
Published and listed per-user rates for Indian real estate CRMs ran from about ₹1,000 a user a month (Buildesk, on Techjockey) to ₹2,500 (LeadSquared Sales Pro), before GST, with Leadrat at ₹2,299 for 10 users and ₹1,499 for 100. At ₹2,500 a seat, 40 users cost ₹12 lakh a year. AuraStack is priced per company instead of per user.
