Buyer portal for builders: Your buyers check their own payments.
With the booking ID your team shares and the phone on the booking, a buyer sees their unit, the agreement value, what is paid and outstanding, every instalment with its due date and status, and how far construction has come.

01/05How it works
Step by step, as the CRM does it.
- 01
One link, no app
The portal opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer: nothing to install, no password to remember.
- 02
Booking ID and phone
The buyer types the booking ID your team shares and their phone number; the last ten digits must match the booking.
- 03
Their unit and their money
Project, unit, configuration, area and floor; the agreement value, what is paid and what is outstanding; the stage from token to handover.
- 04
Every instalment
Each one with its due date, amount, balance and status: paid, part-paid, due or overdue.
- 05
Construction and possession
The project’s construction progress and its OC or possession date.
02/05Who does what
Every desk, its own part.
The buyer
Reads their own booking, any time, without calling the sales office.
Post-sales / CRM desk
Keeps the plan, the payments and construction progress current in the CRM; the portal shows them as they are.
03/05Not yet
What it does not do yet.
Said plainly, so nobody finds out after the switch.
It is read-only: receipts, demand letters, documents and online payment are not in the portal yet.
Construction progress is one figure for the whole project, not stage-by-stage photos.
The booking ID is the CRM’s own reference, so your team gives it to the buyer.

05/05Straight answers
Questions about buyer portal.
How does a buyer log in?
Booking ID and phone number.
With the booking ID your team shares and the phone number on the booking. There is no app to install and no password to remember.
What does the buyer see?
Unit, money, instalments, construction.
Their project and unit, the agreement value, what is paid and what is outstanding, the stage of the booking, every instalment with its due date, amount and status, the project’s construction progress and its possession date.
Can a buyer pay or download receipts there?
Not yet.
Not yet. The portal shows the schedule and what is paid; receipts and demand letters go out from the CRM.
Can a buyer see anyone else’s booking?
No.
No. The booking ID and the phone number must match one booking, and the portal shows only that booking.
Not on the list? Ask us the awkward version — we would rather lose a deal on the call than on the third invoice.
