01/07The short answer
Kylas or AuraStack: which one, when.
Both run a builder’s sale. They are built differently, so the right one depends on how your projects sell.
Choose Kylas if
- Your team is large, and you want one flat price however many people log in.
- You need cloud telephony, bulk dialling and call recording.
- Portal leads must come in automatically, through its marketplace app.
- You sell more than property and want one general sales CRM.
Choose AuraStack if
- You need units, holds, cost sheets and bookings inside the CRM.
- Payment plans, demand letters and collections should sit next to the lead.
- Channel partners need a free login in the core product, with your other buyers masked.
- Your team is 16 users or fewer, where ₹799 a user costs less than the flat fee.

03/07Kylas pricing
Kylas charges the account, not the user. Big teams pay less on it.
Kylas’s Elevate plan is ₹12,999 a month as a flat fee for the account, with unlimited users, billed quarterly, half-yearly or annually. Records, storage and workflows are capped and raised with add-ons, such as WhatsApp at ₹3,500 a month, and customised onboarding sessions cost ₹25,000 once. GST is not stated on the pricing page.[1]
Up to 16 users, AuraStack costs less, at ₹799 a user on annual billing; from 17 users, Kylas’s flat fee does, before its add-ons. What decides it is what each one runs: Kylas is a general sales CRM with marketplace apps for portals and partners; AuraStack runs units, bookings, collections and partner payouts.

Where every fact on this page comes from.
Every Kylas fact was read on Kylas’s own website on 18 October 2026, except where a figure is marked as coming from a third-party listing because Kylas does not publish it. “Not stated on its site” means we did not find it there, not that the product lacks it.
The AuraStack column states what the product does and what it does not: it does not integrate property portals directly, record calls, keep accounts or offer a buyer portal today.

Yes, through a marketplace app.
Yes. Kylas’s Property Portals Integration app brings in leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com, checking every 30 minutes, on the Elevate plan. AuraStack does not integrate portals directly: it tracks them as lead sources you can assign and report on.
Can we move from Kylas to AuraStack?
Yes, from an export.
Yes. Bring an Excel or CSV export of your leads and deals, and AuraStack imports and de-duplicates them before your first login, then loads projects, wings, units and the price matrix on days two and three.
Not on the list? Ask us the awkward version — we would rather lose a deal on the call than on the third invoice.
