Collections software for builders: A booking is not money. Collections are.
Every booking runs on a payment plan, a payment counts only once it is verified, every receipt is numbered, and every instalment past its due date is marked overdue overnight, so the collected figure your owner reads is money that landed.

01/05How it works
Step by step, as the CRM does it.
- 01
Payment plan templates
For the company or one project: rows with a label and a percentage that add up to 100, each due a number of days after booking, on a construction stage, or by hand.
- 02
On every booking
Apply a plan to a booking, then edit, waive or regenerate its unpaid instalments when a deal needs it.
- 03
Payments, verified
Cheque, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, IMPS, cash or online, with the reference and the bank. A payment counts as collected only once it is verified.
- 04
Numbered receipts
A receipt number from your own series at verification, and a print-ready receipt stamped “Paid and verified”.
- 05
Overdue, every night
At midnight the CRM marks every instalment past its due date overdue, part-paid ones included, so the list your team calls from keeps itself.
- 06
Cancellations and refunds
A cancelled booking frees its unit and voids its open demand letters; a refund moves from pending to approved to processed.
02/05Who does what
Every desk, its own part.
Post-sales / CRM desk
Applies the plan, records payments, raises demand letters and works the overdue list.
Whoever verifies payments
Verifies or rejects each payment; only verified money counts and gets its receipt number.
The owner
Booked, collected and overdue for every project, on the web or the phone.
03/05Not yet
What it does not do yet.
Said plainly, so nobody finds out after the switch.
Payment reminders to buyers are not sent yet: the overdue list tells your team whom to call.
Late-payment interest, GST and TDS are not worked out in the CRM yet; the free demand letter generator does them for one instalment.

05/05Straight answers
Questions about collections.
When does a payment count as collected?
Only once it is verified.
Only once it is verified. Until then it is pending, and its receipt reads “Awaiting verification”; a rejected or failed payment never counts.
Can a payment plan follow construction instead of dates?
Yes, row by row.
Yes. Each row of a plan falls due a number of days after booking, when a construction stage is done, or by hand, and the rows must add up to 100%.
How do we see what is overdue?
The CRM marks it every night.
Every night at midnight the CRM marks instalments past their due date overdue, part-paid ones included, and the payment schedules screen filters what is overdue and what is outstanding.
Can the buyer see the schedule?
Yes, in the buyer portal.
Yes. With the booking ID and their phone, a buyer sees every instalment, its due date and its status in the buyer portal.
Not on the list? Ask us the awkward version — we would rather lose a deal on the call than on the third invoice.
